What are the world's most toughest examination?

Answer :

The toughest exam to face in the world is the UPSC IAS (Indian Administrative Services). The total exam consists of about 11 papers which includes both objective and conventional type answers. the exam tests memory as well as skill of the candidates. It consists of two parts
1) the preliminary (screening) test (2 papers)
2) the main test (9 papers).
This is followed by an interview in front of an experinced panel.
The candidate should have good knowledge not only in his field of graduation but also in another field(to be chosen from the list of optionals mentioned by the UPSC) along with proficiency in ENGLISH language and another INDIAN language.
The exam can be taken only by graduates to have a challenging career ahead (that of running the nation of a billiion people). To be a successful candidate is a real challenge.
Usually all the successful candidates spend a whole year or even more only in preparing and writing the IAS exam.
The other extremely tough exams are the IIT-JEE followed by AIIMS and others like AIEEE, CAT etc
